Below is a picture of our brass plate etching results with a close up on the right. Below that is a sample of an etching on aluminium. With this process we can do custom faceplates for electronics, signage, packaging etc.
Below are photos of lettering on swords for Bollywood engraved on aircraft aluminium.
The picture on the left is a greyscale scan of a pencil sketch. On the right is an engraving in a bi-layer plastic.
Using in house image processing software we can calculate the outlines of this image and translate them to smooth milling paths for the CNC machine.
The resulting engraving is free of jagged edges produced by rasterisation.
